Privacy Policy

Fawz respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use the Fawz app, the web app at app.fawz.fun, and the legal pages on fawz.fun.

1) Who we are

The service is operated by Fawz Technology & Information LLC (“Fawz”, “we”). Registered address: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2) Data we collect

• Account & profile: account id, display name, profile photo, level and points (“بوينت”), profile settings, and confirmation that you are 18+ at sign-up where requested.
• Live-room audio: voice is streamed live in voice rooms. Live audio is not recorded and not stored. Reports may include text messages and metadata (such as report time and account/room ids), not audio recordings.
• Chat & interaction: in-room chat, reports, in-room gifts, and moderation logs needed for safety.
• Device & technical data: device type, OS, approximate performance/security identifiers, crash/diagnostic logs, and IP as usual for networking.
• KYC for prize winners: when you request prize or gift-card fulfilment, we may request identity verification documents via a verification provider — solely to fulfil prizes and compliance (the service is 18+).
• Payments: optional purchases (chat tokens) go through store billing (Google Play / Apple). We do not receive your full card number; we receive purchase notifications from the store.

3) Purposes

• Operate games, rooms, levels and gifts.
• Safety, fraud prevention, moderation and report handling.
• Prize fulfilment after KYC identity verification, and customer support.
• Improve performance and stability (aggregated analytics where practical).
• Comply with legal and app-store requirements, including child-safety (CSAE) policies where they apply.

4) Sharing

We may share limited data with provider categories — we do not name unconfirmed vendors:

• Real-time voice/streaming provider for rooms (live streaming only; we do not keep audio recordings).
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Store billing platforms (Google / Apple).
• Identity-verification (KYC) provider for prize payouts.
• Authorities when legally required, or to protect rights and safety.

5) Retention

We keep data while the account is active and as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. prize/finance records). Live audio is not retained because it is not recorded. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymised as described on the Delete Account page, subject to legal retention.

6) Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection via support@fawz.fun. We may verify your identity first.

7) Minimum age

You must be 18 or older to use Fawz. Accounts for anyone under 18 are not allowed; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it and delete related personal data as described on the Delete Account page. Prize redemption and gift cards are fulfilled after KYC for users of the service (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. See also our Child Safety page.

8) Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) International transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside your country via hosting/streaming providers. Where required, we seek appropriate safeguards.

10) Updates

We may update this Policy. The date above appears at https://fawz.fun/legal/privacy.html; material changes will be highlighted.
