By using the Fawz app or the web app at app.fawz.fun you agree to these Terms with Fawz Technology & Information LLC. Legal pages are published at fawz.fun/legal.
You must be 18 or older to use Fawz. Accounts for anyone under 18 are not allowed; if we discover an under-18 account we close it. Prize redemption and gift cards are fulfilled after KYC identity verification. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. We may suspend or close accounts for Terms/Community violations or safety risks.
Follow Community Guidelines: no harassment, sexual/exploitative content, fraud, spam, impersonation or abuse of the service.
Voice rooms are separate from games. Live audio is streamed in real time and is not recorded or stored. Moderators act within their room, including room-only bans. App-wide bans are decided by Fawz. Reports may include text and metadata, not audio recordings.
The app, brand and assets belong to Fawz or its licensors.
You may stop and delete your account anytime. We may restrict access for breach or legitimate cause, with notice where required.
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory liability (e.g. fraud, personal injury) is not excluded where forbidden.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, with the competent courts of Dubai, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
