You can delete your Fawz account anytime. This page supports app-store requirements and is published at https://fawz.fun/legal/delete-account.html.
In the app
- Open “My Rewards” (جوائزي).
- Open Settings.
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm.
Menu path: My Rewards → Settings → Delete account
By email
Email us from your account email to support@fawz.fun with subject “Fawz account deletion”, including your username/account id. We verify, then delete.
What is deleted vs retained
- Deleted / anonymised: profile, photo, active account chat, preferences — within a reasonable processing window.
- May be retained: security/fraud logs, prize/KYC/payment records as required by law or stores, and limited backups until rotated.
- Audio: no voice-room recordings are retained because live audio is not recorded or stored.
Progress and virtual items may not be recoverable after deletion.
